Pancake Restaurant in Rosarito

Finally a pancake restaurant is opening in Rosarito Beach, it will be located at the entrance of the Rosarito Beach Hotel.

I belive that it was badly needed, as it is probably the number one breakfast item for Americans and Mexicans alike.
Supposedly this restaurant will also serve a few Mexican dishes, which I agree is a plus.

By the way, the Rosarito Beach Hotel is growing very fast, with an addition of 270 luxury rooms, which are also going to be condo hotel units.

There are a number of amazing restaurants in town. We have "Susanna's" gourmet restaurant in the elegant & rustic Plaza del Pueblo in downtown Rosarito.
El Nido restaurant serves delicious Deer machaca, among many other dishes with fresh ingredients from this region.
Chabert's gourmet restaurant at the Rosarito Beach Hotel is very romantic and set in what used to be the hotel's casino in the 1920's.
Le Cousteau restaurant also in the center of town, and serves incredible french food, at extremly reasonable prices.

If you are traveling on a light budget... and with light time, then there are amazing taco, Burritos and Fish stands... like the famous "Yaqui Burritos" a few blocks east of the Rosarito Beach Hotel, or Tacos Jr. that serves fresh sea food in taco concoctions, tostadas, burritos, etc.
